Or is it just too easy to close our eyes and pretend we’re blind and world peace is already here and we’re gonna live happily ever after? Bullshit… Most Americans, who can actually impeach him, won’t see the truth even though it’s their children dying and they will continue closing their eyes, as Mr. President continues singing lullabyes:

I must be the worst blogger out there since I only write something every two weeks or something like that. Although if you think it’s the content that is more important (and I am sure you do) then I can easily be the best blogger, since nothing compares to my writings, even Orhan Pamuk who won the Nobel price last week.
It is hard to be a scientist, especially when you try to balance it with your personal life. I have been in Atlanta for the last week for the Society of Neuroscience meeting. I had a poster presentation, which went very well considering this was my first time presenting a poster at a meeting that big (~20.000 people). It was a very tiring but also a great week. I saw an old friend from Turkey whom I had not seen more than two years. It was incredible to see him again, hang out and all. He was a great host as well (I was on the other hand a very shitty guest, but that’s another story). Read the rest>>
