So the classes started today. Missed my first class of cellular biology or something like that. I can’t decide if i should take it after all those years of studying cell biology, i mean it almost seems like I shouldn’t need anymore of that crap but then again, i feel like it won’t hurt to repeat these kind of classes as you tend to forget unless you actually work on them. Another possibility is molecular biology of cancer which totally creeps me out. I always told myself I won’t get involved with cancer in one way or the other (expect for dying of lung cancer) and now I’m thinking about learning cancer. Maybe I should take both and get it over with.

I also need to figure out whether I’ll be taking modern dance classes or just spanish. I want them both but they are the same time on mons and weds. I still sometimes regret that I continued with musicals instead of modern dance at collage. But I think I’m going to make my decision when I find out about the price of spanish books. If they are around $100, hell no to spanish. I’m gonna go with maodern dance. Another anti-decisisive me.

Westerns I’ve been doing at work seem to start working (for those of you who are not involved with science as much as I am, western blotting is the method we use to seperate different proteins from each other in a pool of proteins). I’ve changed every buffer we had, and I can see bands for all samples even though they are faint. Will try some other stuff before trying to transfer them on to the membrane. It became a step-by-step, pain-in-the-butt process, where other labs perform this like drinking coffee - easily that is.
